Commission Work
One of the most enjoyable aspects of my work is painting commissions.
If you are interested in a portrait of your dog or a sporting scene please give me a call to discuss it.

The fee for a commissioned portrait will vary according to the size and complexity of the piece. We can discuss ideas and pricing via the phone or email.

All quotes are confirmed via email or a letter and must be agreed to by both parties before a job is started.

I will only accept work if the photos I will be using are of acceptable quality to me.

Ideally, I like to shoot some reference photos of the subject if possible. If that is not possible then a phone call to discuss the shots is a good idea.

All shipping and out of pocket expenses associated with the portrait are paid by the client.

Work begins when I receive 50% of the final cost of the painting. The remaining 50% of the fee is due upon completion and acceptance of the finished portrait.

Framing is not included in the price. I will frame the piece for you but the cost is an addition to the job.
